What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions in a chat window. An AI agent can also act: it can text a lead first, update a record in your CRM, follow up later and decide when to bring in a person. Many of the agents we build do both.
Will it talk to my customers without anyone watching?
It can, within rules you agree to. Every agent we build has a clear point where it stops and hands the conversation to a person, and you can see what it said.
