These terms cover using wright-ai-solutions.com, run by Wright AI Solutions LLC (Thomas Wright), including the Start a project page. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions go to t@thomasewright.com.

What the site is for

The site describes the software we build and the work we've done, and lets you get in touch. You can use it to learn about us, to describe a problem on the Start a project page, and to contact us or book a call. Nothing is sold on this site, and there's no account to create.

Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• use the site to break the law or to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
• enter someone else's email address or details without their permission;
• try to get around the bot check or the limits on how often the site can be used, or flood it with automated requests;
• try to make the AI on the Start a project page write something other than a project outline, or try to get into parts of the site that aren't meant for you;
• copy the site's design or content and present it as your own.

Please don't type passwords, payment card numbers, health details or other sensitive information into the Start a project page. A sentence or two about the problem is all it needs. We may block requests that break these terms.

Project outlines

The outline on the Start a project page is written by an AI model from what you type, or taken from a fixed template if the AI can't answer. It's a starting point for a conversation, not a quote, proposal or offer, and not professional advice. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it doesn't promise a price, a timeline or a result. Nothing on this page creates a contract between us.

What you type stays yours. You let us use it to write your outline and, if you save it or book a call, to send it to you, to reply to you and to prepare for the call, as the privacy notice describes. You're free to use your outline however you like.

Booking a call

The intro call you can book on the Start a project page is free, lasts 30 minutes and comes with no obligation. Cal.com handles the booking, and your invite has links to reschedule or cancel it.

Working together

If we build something for you, that project is covered by a separate written agreement that we both sign, with its own scope, price and terms. That agreement, not these terms or anything on this site, decides what we build and what it costs. If the two ever differ, the agreement applies.

Results and examples

The Work section and the figures on this site describe projects we've built and what they did for those clients, such as the revenue from leads our AI agent texted for one client. They show what happened in those projects, not what will happen in yours, and every business is different.

Our products and other sites

The products listed under Our Services (AI Waste Bot, Data→Lead→Sell and ParkLess) run on their own websites, and signing up for one is covered by that site's own terms and privacy policy, not these. The same goes for any other site this one links to. We don't control other people's sites and aren't responsible for them.

Who owns what

The site's text, design, graphics and code belong to Wright AI Solutions LLC. The source code is public on GitHub so people can see how the site works, but making it public doesn't give anyone a licence to copy or reuse it. Names, logos and screenshots of other businesses' work belong to their owners. You may link to any page on this site and share it.

Privacy

What the site collects, how long it's kept and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy notice.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it and the outlines as they are, without guarantees that they'll be available, error-free or right for your purpose. The site may change, pause or stop at any time.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, Wright AI Solutions LLC isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, that come from using the site or an outline, or from relying on either. Because the site is free, our total responsibility for anything arising from using it is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or any rights you have that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, in the United States. Any dispute about them or about the site goes to the state or federal courts in Utah, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. The terms in place when you use the site are the ones that apply.
