Privacy notice

This notice covers wright-ai-solutions.com, run by Wright AI Solutions LLC (Thomas Wright), and what happens when you email or call us from it. Questions or requests go to t@thomasewright.com.

What this site collects

Nothing, directly. The site has no forms, accounts, analytics or advertising trackers, and its own code sets no cookies. The only thing it saves in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, if you pick one. The site sends a security policy that only lets scripts load from this site itself, so third-party trackers can't run here. The site's scripts open the mobile menu, switch between light and dark themes, show the current year, animate sections as you scroll, and copy our email or phone number to your clipboard when you click them; none of that leaves your browser.

What our host logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details needed to deliver pages and block abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and when. Cloudflare may also set a short-lived security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people from bots; it isn't used for tracking or advertising. We don't use any of this data to identify or profile visitors. Cloudflare's own privacy policy, at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy, covers how it handles that data.

Cloudflare also offers a visitor-counting feature, Web Analytics, that can add its own script (from static.cloudflareinsights.com) to our pages as they're delivered. That script isn't part of this site's code, and the site's security policy blocks it, so in a normal browser it doesn't run and nothing is sent to Cloudflare's analytics. We don't collect or look at visitor statistics. If that ever changes, we'll update this notice first.

If you email or call us

We receive what you send: usually your name, email address or phone number, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run that project. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.

Inquiries arrive in our email inbox or on our business phone, and that's the only place we keep them. If an inquiry doesn't turn into a project, we delete it within two years of our last contact; we check for old inquiries every three months. If it does, we keep project records for as long as the contract and tax record-keeping rules require.

People and businesses in our work examples

The Work section describes projects we've built. The AI Lead Response Agent example doesn't name the client or show any of its results. If you're shown in, or can be identified from, anything on this site and want it changed or removed, email us and we'll take it off the site.

The site's source code is public on GitHub, so earlier versions of a page stay in that code's history after we change the site. If you ask, we'll also remove the material from that history. We can't recall copies that other people have already downloaded or archived.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing t@thomasewright.com. We aim to reply within 30 days, and we'll tell you what we did. We keep a short record of each request (the date, what was asked and when it was done) so we can show it was handled, but not the information we deleted.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.

If this notice changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
